Spike Island was Ireland's largest prison and bigger than Alcatraz in the USA. It was also called "Ireland's Hell" where prisoners were treated brutally in punishment blocks or held chained up in dungeons so black, that their faces were like coal and the no light was seen. Some went to Australia on convict ships, others have never left as Ghostcircle show with their EVP communications and mediumship.
